I can provide a refund under the following conditions:

• You inform me of your intent to return the item within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
• The item is in the same condition it was sent in.
• The reason for returning is due to a fit issue. Please provide specifics when you inquire about a return.
• The item was not a commissioned piece.

If all of the above are true, please follow the below steps:

• Fill out our contact form. Include your name, phone, address, the item you're returning, and the reason for the return.
• Once I approve the return, you will have a week to mail the item back to me at the address I provide. You will be responsible for return costs.
• When I receive the package, I will inspect it to ensure it is not damaged. If it is not, I will provide a full refund. If there is damage, I will deduct a portion of the refunded amount based on the level of damage (i.e. small damages is a 25% fee, medium damages 50%, large damages 75%, etc.).
